Free Shipping on orders over $500.00 inside the continental United States. Free shipping applies up to 10% of the order total. If the shipping rate is more than 10% of the order total then you will be asked to pay the remainder. Most of Canada can be served with very attractive rates. Orders under $500 are charged according weight location and size, using the appropriate shipping method. Some locations are non-direct for shipping companies and may incur an additional charge even if the $500 order total is met. If you are in one of the few non-direct points, our customer service team will inform you promptly so that arrangements can be made for your order.
We ship Internationally to Canada, Mexico, the Mediterranean and the UK.
Orders are shipped with Fed Ex or truck lines at Nu-Wood discretion. Orders containing product over 8' or orders over 500 pounds are shipped via truck lines.
Please keep in mind that someone must be at the delivery site to accept a truck shipment. The driver is responsible for getting the pallet to the back of the truck only. It is the receivers responsibility to get it off of the truck. If you need assistance with getting the product off of the truck, please contact Nu-Wood so that special arrangements can be made prior to shipping. The purchaser is responsible for any fees related to returns from the freight company not being able to deliver.

The average time in transit after the product leaves our dock is 3-5 days. We are not responsible for delays due to time in transit.
If you have requested an expedited shipping method, the freight company is responsible for the time in transit. Nu-Wood will not be held accountable for any guarantees made by shipping companies.
Shipping Damages/Defects
It is Nu-Woods objective to get you beautiful pieces in a timely manner. Unfortunately, accidents do occur in shipping and we want to make the process as easy as possible for you to make a damaged goods claim. Please follow these simple steps to ensure the process goes as smoothly as possible:
Inspect all packages before signing for receipt of shipment. If boxes are at all damaged, please notify the driver and be sure he/she makes note of it.
Take digital pictures of damaged product and packaging. Email pictures within 72 hours of receipt of shipment. Send only 2 pictures per email. Make sure you send a close up and far away picture of each problem.
A customer service representative will be in contact with you within one business day.
Please remember to keep all packaging!
For defective/wrong product. Call and email pictures within 72 hours of receipt of shipment.
Anything after this time frame will not be considered for remake. We will repair/replace damaged product at our option.
Most Nu-Wood products are built Just for You and are not returnable. Pre-finished color items are all non-returnable.

NU-WOOD LIMITED WARRANTY
WHAT IS COVERED
Subject to the terms and
conditions stated below, Nu-Wood warrants that each product manufacture, is
free from defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty constitutes the
exclusive remedy against Nu-Wood for all defects of material and workmanship
and specifically takes the place of all other express warranties on our
products.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
This Warranty does not cover:
A.
Deterioration due to normal wear and tear.
B. Damages from improper
handling, storage, installation or use, negligent use, abuse, accidents, acts
of God, or other occurrences beyond the control of Nu-Wood.
C. Damages
from failure to follow Nu-Wood's handling, finishing, or installation instructions.
WHO IS COVERED
This Warranty only covers the original
retail purchaser.
PERIOD OF COVERAGE
This Warranty if for a period of
(1) year from the date of purchase by
original retail
customer.
NU-WOOD'S PERSPECTIVE OF QUALITY
If a defect can be
observed, in bright sunlight, at normal viewing distance, then the part is
defective.
WHAT WE WILL AND WILL NOT DO
Any product covered by the Warranty which proves defective under normal use will be repaired or replaces
or a refund of the price paid to Nu-Wood for said product will be made, at
Nu-wood's option. In any event, labor, transportation, and shipping costs
incurred in securing Warranty service shall be at the owner's expense.

OTHER CONDITIONS
OR LIMITATIONS
This Warranty excludes labor, transportation, and shipping
costs incurred in securing Warranty service, loss of time, loss of use,
loss of revenues, inconvenience, or other incidental damages.
This Warranty excludes the cost of repairing or replacing other
property which is damaged because of a defect in the product as well as
other consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion
or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the
above limitation or exclusion may or may not apply to you.
THIS
WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO A ONE (1) YEAR DURATION FROM THE DATE THE
PART IS
PURCHASED BY THE ORIGINAL RETAIL CUSTOMER.
Some states do not limit how long
an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to
you.
We will not be responsible for any promises or representations
not contained in the written Warranty.

This
Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights
which vary from state to state.
